Under the Law of the Republic of Moldova no. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 „On consumer protection”:


„The consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product of appropriate quality within 14 calendar days, except for the date of purchase. Replacement of the product of the appropriate quality is carried out if this product hasn`t been used (it has kept its appearance, factory seals and labels), consumer properties, as well as with the presentation of the receipt or other document confirming the fact purchase of the product, issued to the consumer together with the product sold”.

 

Knitwear and knitted articles (underwear, bedding, socks) - of the APPROPRIATE QUALITY CAN`T BE REPLACED WITH A SIMILAR PRODUCT! (under DECISION No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 on the approval of the Rules for the replacement of non-food products and the warranty terms).

 

Ways to return the goods

The return of purchased goods on the website www.ponti.md is possible only by mail!

The goods will be sent to PONTI S.R.L, 2002, Chisinau, 172 Cetatea Albă Street. The transport costs under the return conditions will be borne by the customer.

When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit, in original, the following documents:

  • Identity card (or copy, in case of return by mail)
  • Return form
  • Tax receipts

 

Return of goods is possible only for the following reasons:

  •  The size is large/small
  •  This product doesn`t fit the appearance

 

Reimbursement method

The money is transferred to the bank card or to the electronic wallet from which the order was paid. The transfer is up to 10 working days after receiving and checking the returned goods.
